What materials are used in the construction of your rugs?
Our rugs are crafted using a variety of natural and recycled materials, including organic wool, organic cotton, silk, jute, and synthetic fibres such as polypropylene or nylon. We also use natural dyes for colouring of the yarns.
Are your rugs handcrafted or machine-made?
Our rugs are handmade here in Canada and in our warehouse in India. We work closely with the artisans in India, and we provide support through our Artisans Empowerment Program. You may read more about this in our Corporate Social Responsibility page.
What is the quality and durability of your rugs?
We make an effort to guarantee that they can resist regular use and preserve their attractiveness over time.
What are the rugs' pile height and density?
Our rugs' pile height and density vary depending on the specific

Additionally, we provide a membership program that offers exclusive professional guidance from our interior designers. They will assess your room or space and assist you in selecting the appropriate rug.
What dyes are used in your rugs? Are they eco-friendly and safe for indoor environments?

eco-friendly and non-toxic, natural dyes in our rugs to make sure they are secure for your usage.
What is the rug's backing or non-slip features?
To assist hold them in place and guarantee safety, our rugs include strong backing or non-slip element. we use a rubber material.

Your orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please expect your orders to arrive at your door within 7 to 9 business days. If you want it to be delivered as early as possible, we have express delivery option in our Shipping Policy.

Where can I return my rug if I am not satisfied with it?
