Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

During peak seasons or when we experience a high volume of orders, there is a possibility of delays in processing and shipping. We strive to fulfill orders promptly, but please understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We recommend placing your order well in advance to account for any potential delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $39 flat rate shipping in Canada (excluding Quebec). Your order will arrive at your door in 7 to 9 business days.

For express delivery, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within Canada. For orders under $50, we charge $39 for local delivery and it will be delivered to you within 10 to 15 business days.

Deliveries are made from 4 PM to 10 PM every Thursday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse at 1385 Woodroffe Avenue, Nepean, ON. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are open from 9 AM to 5 PM on Wednesday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: U.S., Canada, South America, and Asia. At this time, we do not ship to European and African countries. We are currently sorting out the current market there.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you offer multiple international shipping options, you can list them in a table as well. You can include broader delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 20 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rugistics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
